Privacy

Short version: I collect what you send me so I can call you back, and I don't sell it or add you to anything.

What I collect

If you fill in the contact form, I get your name, business name, phone, email, trade and whatever you write in the message box. That's it. There's no account to create and no password to store.

The site also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to tell me which pages people actually read. Those record general usage — pages viewed, rough location, device type. I don't use them to identify you personally.

What I do with it

I call or email you back. Your form submission is routed to my inbox through Make.com. If we end up working together, I keep your contact details so I can, well, contact you.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. There's no mailing list and no drip sequence. If you contact me and we don't work together, nothing further happens.

Third parties involved

This site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions pass through Make.com to reach my email, which is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Analytics are Google and Microsoft. Each of those has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.

Cookies

The analytics tools above set cookies. You can block them in your browser and the site will work exactly the same.

Getting your data removed

Email tom@ctbusinessautomations.com and ask. I'll delete what I hold and confirm it. No form to fill in, no thirty-day window — I'll just do it.
